At the beginning of this week, we attended our first Game Designers Nights at Snakes & Lattes and 401Games. And it was WOW! So many game designers in one place and sooo many people willing to try the new games in their different stages of development. From the very first prototypes to almost finished versions. Wonderful vibe! We tried a few games of other designers and were blown away by their creativity.

We also played Absolutism several times with different groups of players and got AMAZING feedback and a very positive welcome.

For instance, Josh Lacasse, the Board Game Manager at 401Games, who played with us, said: “Absolutism is a surprisingly fresh game. Although the game mechanics are like Cards Against Humanity’s, all the Scenarios and Solutions were new to me. I’ve never heard them in CAH or any other similar game. And the Special Cards you added to the game really increase the freshness and replay value of the game. I’d like to promote it on Instagram.”

Absolutism is now on Kickstarter. We have some great offers. Please, go and make a pledge.

Many thanks to the super-cool people from Snakes & Lattes and 401Games who helped us with everything we needed and stayed with us the entire time, playing, explaining, and smoothing connections. You’re awesome!
